About Sendora

Most bulk messaging platforms will let you upload anything and send it. That is a feature right up until the moment your domain is burnt, your WhatsApp number is banned, and nobody can tell you how to get either one back.

Sendora is built the other way round.

Who makes it

Sendora is a product of Caresoft Systems Private Limited, a bootstrapped software company that has been building for Indian businesses for over twenty years. Our software runs in 1,000+ hospitals across India and in 12+ countries, and we hold CMMI Level 5, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certifications.

We built Sendora because we needed it. Caresoft runs marketing for a lot of brands, and every platform we tried was either priced for enterprises with a marketing operations team, or was a spam cannon with a nice interface.

So it exists as our own tool first, and as a product second. That order matters, because it means we live with every decision we made.

What it does

Bulk email

Through Amazon SES, with domain authentication, reputation-aware warm-up and delivery reporting.

WhatsApp campaigns

Through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Approved templates, proper opt-in handling, quality-aware sending.

Contact databases

Named databases imported from Excel, with consent fields recorded at import rather than bolted on later.

Real mail merge

Every message personalised from your columns, with preview against real rows before you send.

Bounce handling

Bad addresses detected, marked and permanently excluded from every future send. Automatically.

Three-level access

Platform admin, client admin and user, so a large team is not all sharing one login.

The guardrails, and why they are there

Sendora will refuse things. It is worth understanding why before you decide whether it suits you.

It will pause your campaign mid-send if complaints spike. Not warn you afterwards — stop it, while it is running.

Every additional message from a campaign that is generating complaints does more damage to your domain. Finishing the send and reviewing later is the worst available option.

Sendora will notBecause
Let you send to a purchased or scraped listIt burns your domain, and on shared infrastructure it burns other people's too
Let you re-import someone who unsubscribedThey asked once. Making them ask twice turns an unsubscribe into a spam report
Let you send WhatsApp without opt-inMeta's rule, not ours. Breaking it costs you the number, usually permanently
Give a new domain full volume on day oneZero to fifty thousand in a day is the signature of a compromised account, and filters read it that way
Promise you inbox placementNobody can. Any vendor who does is misunderstanding email, or hoping you do

If that sounds restrictive, it probably is not the platform for you — and we would rather say so on this page than suspend you in week three. There are tools that will send whatever you upload. They are easy to find, and their customers' domains show it.

What we are honest about

Three things every platform in this category knows and most do not put on a website:

Open rates are largely fiction now

Privacy proxies pre-fetch tracking images and register opens nobody made. Image blocking hides opens that happened. Security scanners click links no human clicked. Your open rate is directionally useful for comparing your own campaigns and worthless as a measurement. We say this in the product too, not just here.

"Delivered" does not mean "in the inbox"

It means the receiving server accepted the message. It may then have filed it in spam, and it will not tell us which. No platform can see inside someone else's spam folder, whatever a dashboard implies.

Reputation is yours and we cannot repair it

One campaign to a bad list can affect a domain's standing for months — including the ordinary business email you send from it. There is no reset button and no service that fixes it quickly. This is the single strongest argument for the guardrails above.

Your lists

Four commitments about the data you upload:

Held in India. Storage, processing and backups.

Never merged into a shared database. No combined pool, no enrichment from other customers' lists, no "verified contacts" set built from what people upload. Some platforms do this quietly. We do not.

Never used by us. We do not market to your contacts and never send anything of our own to your list.

Never used to train AI models.

The detail is in the Privacy Policy, and the isolation commitment specifically is §4.

If you received a message from us

Sendora did not choose to contact you — one of our customers did. But you should not have to chase them to make it stop.

Write to [email protected] and ask for global suppression. We will block every Sendora customer from reaching that address or number, whatever their list says. No justification needed, effective within two working days.

If you want to know how a business got your details, ask them — they are the ones who must answer. If they do not, tell us: we require customers to produce consent evidence on request, and a complaint is a reason to ask.

How we price it

Full terms in the Refund Policy, including the parts you will not like — a message transmitted is a message paid for, whatever happened to it afterwards.

Getting help

Ask before you send, not after.

If you are unsure whether a list or a campaign is acceptable, write to [email protected]. We answer in a day, and nobody has ever been penalised for asking. It is a much better conversation than the one that starts with a suspension notice.

If deliverability is poor, tell us — it is usually fixable, and we will tell you honestly what we find, including when the answer is that your list is the problem.
